Council releases Draft Annual Plan
13 March 2007

The key issues and responses identified in the LTCCP - managing growth and the demand for land, paying for it all, maintaining environmental standards and managing scarce resources, social and cultural change, changing political and legislative environment – continue to drive the Annual Plan process. It also includes information about the consultative process for using funds from the Port Company share buy-back.
